  MTL this season has what... 25,26 games where they have scored 0 or 1 goals. I don't care if your Halak, Price, or any other goaltender in the league. With offense like that your team isn't going anywhere. No goalie can compete with that.

  It's awesome to see them play well... but common! Last week their in position to pick up a top 3 pick, Markov... the bain of MTL's season appears just in time to propel them to what... 10th in the East... *sigh* This guy... he's killing me!

  Pretty disappointed to see AK go. Alot of people have been bitching about his 24 points this season. People who base his value on this one season are about as dumb as those who gave Gomez an 7M / year contract based on his one good season. The fact is Kostitsyn is a 0.55 point per game player who averages 1.6 hits a game. He's having a bad season - so is everyone else on the CH with the exception of 1 line. Anyways, what is comes down to now is whether or not the GM can find an equivalent player for between 3.5 - 4M a season. If he can't... It's one more step in the wrong direction for MTL. Go Columbus Go!
