Hi. I've been reading this site for about 3 years now. I finally decided to post something, because obviously there's something I don't understand: Can someone please explain to me, what is so bad about sucking, missing the playoffs and getting a lottery pick? Has anyone on this site ever watched: Chicago, Pittsburgh, Edmonton, Los Angeles, and to a lesser degree Tampa Bay??? Does anyone still think we can still win Cups with a miracle run (ref '86 and '93)? Everyone needs to take a step back and realize that SUCKING is the best thing that can happen to this team! Dumping contracts, loading up on draft picks and building around a young talented core (Price, Subban, Eller, Pacioretty) and a few proven veterans (Cole comes to mind). This is the key to success. Now all we need is a GM who understands this.

i think from a practical standpoint we can all agree Lats is being moved up to our SECOND line...I think the PAKK line has been our 'unofficial' first unit for a few games now...
