Yes the Habs could use a couple more 6'2" forwards with touch but so can most teams. Put in Emilin, Eller and your team is automatically bigge, both are 6'2. Add a tougher D'man to replace Diaz, then you have a big D as you now add in a growing Tinordi . What you need is a fourth line anchored by Prust and possibly White with a player like Tim Jackman 6'2" 225 and cheap from Calgary and your team now cannot be outgooned by Ottawa as teams will be spending their days trying to avoid these three. You don't need to fight but you must not be out muscled. As for last nights game, 4 mistake by refs is tolerable, but four a blatant knee on Gally, two really bad icing calls and a so/so goal and you have to wonder. The worst werethe icings as they stopped play moved it 205 feet and allowed the Sens to set up.

Whoever wins the last game wins the series.

Question for anybody out there. What does PJ Stock ( a simple man) have against PK Subban? Seems like he uses HNIC to bash the guy.

Objectivity is often lost by fans after games like this. Hockey is a team game and the team, not just Price or DD or ..... was not up to par, the team played really sh***y. After Friday nights game people were welcoming Price like the new King, by last night he was again seen as the court jester. Saturday Boone was joyous last night he was throwing them off the bus. He is the same guy that said the habs were playing with house money on HIO video. So by next game it may be Nirvana or it may be Hades but all I know is MB and others are not going to let their star and future star players, 11, 27, 76 be gooned by the likes of Neil next year. I remember back in 1976 playoffs when Bowman started Rick Chartraw, Robinson, Bouchard and a couple of others for the opening match with the Flyers, the Flyers lost 4 straight. You don't have to goon, just let the other team know that this will happen if you lay a finger on Lafleur, Lemaire or Shutt. This is what the Habs currently do not have a threat.

Mr Boone was on PK for " picking his spots". Well MR. B they didn't call the first ccheck to PK's head, he took it like a team player but by the second of third bit of goonery on him, he lost it. he has more patience than I have, but picking his spots is wrong. if he isn't willing to drop a punk that does that, then it is open season on him.

Too bad that Patches and Gio are out , but the way Patches has decided to earn his living on the perimeter it is time they put someone in there that will get their nose dirty!! I would sit Diaz down and bring in Drewskie to clear the front of the net. They need size on the back end and #61 is not going to scare anybody either. Dress Dumont for Patches ( at least he hits) and Halpern for Gio.

Been a Habs fan since 1968 and a huge HOMER, but that check was clean and legal. Diaz threw the suicide pass and unfortunately Eller paid for it. Having said that, Price played like Racicot ( no offense Racicot), DD, Patches were absolutely invisible and outside of a couple of players 76, 11 the team is not hard enough on the puck. My goodness, finish your checks!! Karlsson is 170lbs soaken wet and the boys give him a free pass. Send Price to a sports shrink and fast!!
