  If the constant line juggling is annoying to us imagine the players' reactions. I wondered when someone would mention it and I'm pleased Higgins was honest enough to go their. Although, I do agree that all of that can't be blamed on Carbo. The players have to step up. GO HABS.

  Maybe the team did hit rock bottom Saturday night. I mean, how much lower can you go than blowing a three goal lead, at home, against a team from Tenessee with less than eight minutes to play? [Gawd, that looks even worse when you spell it out.] Will the team implode? Recent history says they very well might do that. But if they can bounce back from this they could really start to roll. It really is about confidence. I don't know if I could take watching them fight for a playoff spot for the last 30 games again this year. There are some really good people trying to turn this franchise around and at some point that has to turn in a more positive direction. Right? GO HABS.

  I agree with your take on the fatigue factor fun police. Carbo is constantly moving guys in and out of the lineup while rolling all four lines and he's got defenceman coming out of his ying yang. Fatigue? Please. GO HABS.

  Is the annual drop off after a promising start begining a little early this year? I sure hope not. But all the usual patterns that have reared their ugly heads the last few years are starting to appear. And the flu hasn't even entered the equation...yet. GO HABS.
