This comment on my part was banned. Wow! Free speech at its best. I may pass on this website if the stupidity from mods continues. I've spent too much time in countries where free speech was not respected. Imagine here's whats offensive: "I have just read of Txx0's ban from the blog. I have never felt offended by his comments. They are a little long in the tooth and repetitive as in (Tourette's) but I think its over reacting to ban him (despite perhaps having chosen Jean Béliveau's passing and his infamous DD this and DD that; if thats what got him "banned"). If this is the moderators idea of free speech control I'll support Timo any time (even though as mentioned above I do not necessarily always agree with his posts or his constant harping on a point). He's entitled to his opinion and I have read nothing that resembles profanity from him. Quite frankly its very immature and infringing on our right to free speech from the HIO moderators. It would show some common sense to re-instate him."

Tough job to break up the fights. I wonder if King Kong Bundy is still around?

Closest we have to that is Pacioretty. There aren't too many Crosby, Malkin, Getzlaf or Seguin types in the league and the ones that have them keep them (exception Bruins for the above names).

Offensively he's a good notch up on Bournival. Andrighetto and Hudon are our two best offensive prospects in Hamilton. I'm looking forward to a Galchenyuk, Scherbak and Sekac line.

I was disappointed losing with 27 seconds left. Having said that, I was impressed with the effort and felt confident that if we ever met in the finals, we could take these guys. I don't know how much of a difference Crawford would make.

They skipped the game and went to Toe Blake's Tavern on the celestial version of St. Catherine Street.

You lucked out. It seemed worse than the beat downs we received vs Tampa, Chicago, Rangers and Calgary.

But he also had Robinson, Savard, Lapointe, Lafleur, Shutt, Lemaire. Not too many of those on the team now. And yes Dryden did let in some soft ones as well. But the manoeuvring space on this team is thin.

The way I see it, is the puck is not coming up the ice very well from our end. Our forwards are playing deep in the D zone, helping to clear. We are on our heels à la Jacques Martin (remember a few years back). So consequently the transition game suffers. I don't know why they ever sent Beaulieu down, he was strong at getting the puck up the ice, pressing in the offensive zone and quick enough to come back. For the most part we are way too slow back there.
