    When Bob Gainy let the 10 UFA'S go last year I basically said god move and good riddance. Was sorry to see Saku go but we are not running a retirement camp here. I really disapproved of his naming Cary to the no. 1 goaltender ,becaused Cary never earned the position. But it seems that Cary has accepted the role of backup goal and has backed the team . For this I give Cary lots of credit, which shows signs of a growing maturity. Halak IS no 1(understatement of the year) and well deserved and has earned it . All in all, this collection of players has jelled as a TEAM, and in all my years of watching the Habs (45+) I have never seen a bunch of harder working and, refuse to give up TEAM of players. This TEAM makes me Very PROUD to be a Habs fan and I say THANK YOU CANADIENS

    Washington has a few gamebreakers:Ovechkin,Backstrom,Semin  etc.. Montreal has an "average team with no gamebreakers. gamebreakersgive the edge,until we (Montreal)get a gamebreaker or two,times are going to be tough. Lets hope something can change for next year.
