  After last night's debacle two things are clear. Mickey Ribs was better than Koivu and should've been the first liner. (Modano knew how to take a hint and he's twice the player Koivu is) Had Koivu been a team player, we would not have these embarassing matches. Gainey has to go, fast. Carbo also, so badly outcoached yesterday. Pierre Lacroix as Gm,Pierre McGuire as head coach. Serge Savard as President. Enough is Enough.

  The best part of the game last night was at the first period break when komisarek was interviewed by Elliote Friedman (what a tool) and the interview was over he walked away and te camera stayed on him and Jean Beliveau was coming the opposite way and they had a really frank handshake. As if Le gros Bill was still one of the boys. it was awesome, gave me chills. Then Komi pounded the Leafs in the boards for the rest of the night.

  Yeah well when you have defencemen playing the 1st line you learn not to expect too much. Carbo is lost in space.

  The problem is Gainey. He needs to go take care of his personal issues. Get Pierre Lacroix in as GM and then hire Pierre Maguire as head coach and we're in business.
