The real question here is if Randy gets a copy of Rosetta Stone and learns to speak French would that be enough? What if we make the playoffs? Or does the Coach have to be Quebecois? Gerrard Gallant comes to mind. Speaks French... Won the Mem Cup last year. Has experience at the NHL level... Doesn't do the horrid line shuffle... Would stop putting Pleks in the PP point... And best of all "Can adapt a game plan during the game."
