I was always a big Ryder fan, was dissapointed when he left, devastated when he went to Boston. Hopefully we re-sign him, adds balance to the team. "Shutouts are really more of a team stat" - Carey Price

Wow, this is a good day. Congrats PK, Gally, Chuckie, Bergevin, and all the Habs fans out there. This season should be fun to watch, hell it already is. Can only get better. "Shutouts are really more of a team stat" - Carey Price

Great post, but even better Carey quote. "Shutouts are really more of a team stat" - Carey Price

I was not a JM hater, thought he did well with what he had. I do remember AK's comments over the summer when he mentioned that the coach and him never talked. Not good for a player that was used in many situations because of his talent to think he was being short changed. Communication is key, if RC is talking to his players then I think we will see a large improvement. "Shutouts are really more of a team stat" - Carey Price

OH OH Man I just read the greatest thing, Mike Milbury kicked of HNIC for assaulting a 12 year Old. That is so effin sweet. Oh and JM was let go, it's a Festivus Miracle! "Shutouts are really more of a team stat" - Carey Price

Well said, I concur. PG hasn't been perfect, but I can't think of a GM that has. The team is good on paper, let's see what happens without JM. "Shutouts are really more of a team stat" - Carey Price

They were in most games, more often than not they were losing in a SO. They should have more points than they do now, they win a few of those SO losses and we are in 6th. Losing in the 3rd when you're up 3-1 or 3-1 can be blamed on coaching system, but really looked more to me like stupid clearing attempts up the centre of the ice were to blame. Rookie mistakes. Letting players "loose" to play the way they want to as previous poster suggested would allow this team to thrive I find really hard to believe will help.
