  I'm gonna miss that guy. Nothing more exciting last year than the Cole train. I can't wrap my brain around him wanting to leave a first place team or even a team in top 10 overall for that matter. Which leads me to inch over to the drama side of things. Who knows maybe a combination of everything. In any case i still support the crew, so will remain optimistic as usual. How odd i know.

  Chicoutimi , i agree with you on most points. People are too quick to forget how much of an impact player Cole is when is on, which imo was on its way. I remember thinking last year how we haven't enjoyed watching a Cole like player in god knows how many years. Which is why i think there is more to it than just cap space. I won't speculate a reason, but there kinda has to be. I'm a little unhappy with it for now,and a little worried with Bourque now out. However i think Ryder is much more defensively responsible player (glove save) and it may not turn out so bad. Especially if MB has an ace up his sleeve like some are suggesting.
