  If I recall, the talent pool of players on the Habs teams he coached was pretty shallow. Also, I would hope that 10 years on he has learned from his mistakes and has grown as a coach and as a person. I'm not saying I'm overly excited by his selection, but, the organization today is in a much better place (following the purging and recent hires) than it was during his first go round. Hopefully Bergevin, Dudley, Mellanby, and Timmins will provide him with the horses to be successful.
