    Along that same line of thinking, am I mis-remembering when I think that Guy Lafleur pulled on a Rangers jersey at a recognition ceremony for him put on by the Canadiens at the Forum? Seems to me that happened but I stand to be corrected if it is not true. Can someone confirm or deny this?

    About time! Just 2 years too late. I know White is having a horrible year but give me his enthusiasm and skating anyday. No room for Moen on this team.

    Guys on TSN 690 just ripped on Travis Moen. Finally it is becoming public knowledge that Moen is a total waste of a sweater. He hasn't done anything for 2 years now and this season is embarassing. 1.85 million for a potted plant . He has no skills so all we want from him is lots of physical play and some meanness. He's probably the most passive player on this team. Poor Prust and Bouillon. All alone on this team.

    Haven't been able to watch tonight but would I be correct in assuming Moen was useless again tonight? How he keeps getting his ice time is a mystery to me. Biggest floater since Kostitsyn (46).

    I wrote a few weeks ago about what a wasted season Moen was having. It really is too bad because he could be so much more. He's big, he can skate very well, and he can play a very physical game. But he seems to have lost all interest, or nerve, not sure which. Such a waste. Imagine the wreckage he could cause if he played with the intensity of Gallagher. Reality is he's a floater and MT should read him the riot act, and then MB should actively shop him. .

    I have sympathy for Ryan White. He fights above his weight class all the time. I'm sure Prust is happy to see him back because nobody else on that team will stand up for teammates (see Travis Moen) Next game watch Moen and count the number of bodychecks he passes up. He has so many opportunities to drill guys but instead he slows down and snowplows his way up to the player with his stick extended. Therrien needs to point out to him that this is not house-league and he is allowed to use his body. He is big, strong and completely ineffective. He could be so much more than he is. 1.85 million per year

    Tonight is the game where we see what character this team has. They sh.. the bed for 3 games now and if that trend continues tonight, two things need to happen. 1. Therrien needs to go Samuel L. Jackson on the room, and 2. Therrien and Bergevin needs to shake up some personnel. My current annoyance on this team is Moen. Not sure what he brings anymore and how he gets to fly under the radar. He should be embarrassed that character guys like Prust, Gorges, White and Gallagher are sticking up for this team, while he floats up and down the ice and occasionally throws his ass at someone along the boards. Bergevin should be looking for a chance to move him because he brings no value.
