Can't our guys hit the gym and put on 10 pound of muscle each? We all saw the size of the Ottawa defense, let's use that as a starting point. Geez, For example, Georges hasn't appeared to have gotten any bigger or stronger since I've been watching him play for the Habs. He shouldn't need to be told this especially since he got bounced around out there this past playoffs. Look what PK did to improve himself last summer and we all saw the great results he had on the ice. For most of our guys the status quo regarding strength won't cut it. The way I see it, I've seen more determination and desire to improve/get stronger from the individuals on local minor midget AAA teams over the last few years and it's all done while going to school and summer jobs etc. Get in the gym and be the best you can be and then we'll see who plays for us next year. I've read here and I'm starting to agree that maybe Georges needs to to go as he may not be a fit here any longer. Maybe if this was a "no contact" league I'd have him on the team without reservation but that is not the case. In fact Diaz, Markov and Georges all have unique skill sets and they can even help win regular season games but the playoffs seem to be a different story. Some tweaking would be welcome. As for the draft Mantha, Gauthier or Rychel (in that order) with the first, Morin, Madison Bowie and Wheaton with the next three. I'd consider Spencer Martin with the the one after. I had to login just to post my comment! That last Ottawa goal was kicked in. No debate there. Really feeling jipped on that one. Can't believe the lack of credibility on the part of the league on that goal review! 24 cups and counting....
