  Carey Price has done the same time and time again. In these playoffs, Price's save % was .894 whereas Reimer's was .923. I would have been happy if Price played three strong games getting us to a game 7 overtime this year - just like he did a couple years back against the Bruins.

  Not really. Price gets blamed for letting in bad goals at very bad times.

  No. We lost because Ottawa had great goaltending and the Habs had average goaltending.

  I've always backed Price and I was glad we kept him instead of Halak but the bottom line is that Price is letting down the team. No team will win in the playoffs with .871 save % goaltending. I agree with alfieturcotte about the goals. Goals 1,2, and 3 scored on Price tonight would just not have gone in on Anderson tonight.

  Nothing arrogant about it at all. If Price did the same I doubt you would have the same reaction.

  I don't know. I can see Plekanec in that role but it's hard to see Desharnais somehow transforming from a defensive liability into a neo-Carbonneau.
