  Forget all this nonsense about the players the Habs could have picked instead of Kostitsyn in his draft year. Imagine who the Habs could have gotten instead of Price! :-) Looks like the U.S. will have a better goaltending trio in the next Olympics: Miller, Quick, and probably Schneider. Much better than Canada I think: Price, Fleury, and Luongo?

  I think it's just wishfull thinking right now to hope things will turn around after the new year but the Habs are just too deep in the hole. I will be surprised if they do make the playoffs. Right now it's just too steep a hill to climb. The only thing positive I see coming out of this season is the emergence of Lars Eller and other players. I like that Cunneyworth is giving Eller the chance to show his potential. i also like Emelin, Deharnais, Pacioretty, Cole, and Leblanc. Subban and , yes, Price, have been given too much responsibility to bear on their young shoulders and their play has shown. Hopefully things will turn around after the new year. If not, I still look forward to next season.

  I would swap Moen with Lebanc. As it is, the third line is too small. I'd also play Emelin with Subban and Gorges with Kaberle.
