Indeed..right now, they don't look the part of a legit contender. But that's still a great squad when hitting on all cylinders. NOt a team to be discounted but it's fun to watch them suffer at the moment. EAsy to hate...

Lucic doesn't look like the same guy at all but that could change. When he's on his game, he's a great player. Let's hope he continues in his funk for the foreseeable future. I don't think Horton is playing anywhere near the level he was at when they won the cup. Seems fairly passive and that's not his game. I watched the Leafs play the Bruins and thought Toronto outtouged them repeatedly along the boards and in the skirmishes that followed. Still a team with the potential to win the CUp, but not the physical team I expected them to be this year. AS always..things can change. When the whistles get put away in the playoffs, I believe we'll see the old Bruins and we'd better be ready for that if we play them. Best rivalry in hockey.

No question about it. This game might be a huge turning point in the rivalry. WE are the younger team and I don't believe the Habs will play as bad a defensive game again for quite some time. The excuse making of Julien is being parodied a lot around the net etc. I think he's going to have to stop with the "we got jobbed" campaign soon if he expects to win against Mtl. Hope he doesn't since it's working out very welll for us. LOL

Dude, its just that obvious Bruin troll habperspective who posted the same thing 10 times just to get a response. There's like 2 guys total on this site who are confirmed Price haters. EVeryone else has criticisms of him just like any player..I have criticized him but not about tonights game..he was hung out to dry. Two times they had the puck all alone in front of him..just for starters. The coach took him out to send a message to the non goalies on the team..very obviously. They had a brutal defensive night but still won. And CArey played a great game against Pittsburgh. It's all good.

Lucic is playing tentative, Chara looks over at the refs a lot worried about a call against him..the rest of them aren't any tougher than your average NHL'er. Horton looks like half the player he was during their Cup run (I like him as a player BTW). They are very slow on defensive end. The year of their cup they'd be swarming all over a guy like Markov who rarely fights and is an asset they'd like to take off the ice. Different Bruins team, I see cracks in their armour that Iginla isn't going to solve.

Yep..talked to a guy with the Kingston Frontenacs this year (not the famous GM or the well known coach, for the record) and he said that he's talked to a lot of coaches around the league. They all wish they had a "Carey Price type" in their crease.

Hi, I'm Sidney Crosby. And you're not! Noone works harder at both ends of the rink.
