  I agree. Price, Subban and Pleks are good players, but far from elite. For now they are OK, but if you can upgrade and these guys have to be part of a deal, you have to look at it. I really hope they don't overpay Price and Subban this off season, because both have a lot to prove and no way should we break the bank on them.

  People are arguing whether this mess that the Habs are in is Gainey or Gauthier's fault. Guys, it's both their fault. They are both incompetent and have both made some pretty terrible moves. The team is no better than they were 8 years ago when Bozo Bob took over. Gauthier just finished the job and put some of the final nails in the coffin. The team is one of the worst in the league. Let's just fire the whole of management and move on. Anyone who has supported and does still support management are completely clueless and just don't know what they are talking about.

  The team isn't far off? They are only a few points from last in the league. If that's not far off, then I don't know what is. Don't get fooled by competitive games vs good teams. They've equally been beat by all the worst teams in the league. They have a few good pieces, but make no mistake, they are as far off as pretty much anyone else in the league. You have your boys Gainey and Gauthier to thank for that. The team will finish as badly as the day Gainey came in. 8 years wasted. At least they will finally be gone at seasons end and hopefully we can have someone with a clue at the helm for once.

  Ya, I forgot Gorges. Price, no. He's been just an average goalie, nothing special about his play this season. Emelin in young and could prove to be a good player, but really hasn't done much this season. Moen started off strong, but has really tailed off.

  A lot of heart Patches-DD-Cole have. This season, they are the only 3 players on this team worth a damn.

  What a joke this franchise has become. I always knew Management and the direction of the team was bad, but even I couldn't have guessed it would get this bad. Gainey and Gauthier have failed so miserably, I can't even describe it. Price is a joke, Subban is the worst PP QB alive. Outside of the 1st line, the team is an embarrassment. Good times.

  LOl, Price being at the ASG was a bigger joke than the Habs themselves. Everybody knows it.
