  ok but you implied with "exit interview" why bring up "exit" for anyone that can contribute with size and won't back down...he is a 4th liner and at times a 3rd liner, and can play the PK. resign for 1-2yrs with a pay cut. this team needs to get bigger...so my targets for "exit" are certainly not the "MOENS" of the team --- The N.A.G.
