  I hope we lose out and Boston too, I say let the leafs have the division title, let them play the Islanders, whom have a beat the leafs twice out of the last 3 games they played.   If you want a smart hockey man and a man who could bring back a winning attitude. I say you go for the best in the business..... Scotty bowman. He was offered the GM job in Toronto, but when he got turned down to have full autonomy they said no.   Since the return of Markov we are inspired to win, I say play Budja in nets and we are sure to do our best to keep that top draft pick in sight.

  We have who we have and it's about time this organization has come to terms that we need to build through the draft. I know there are some who are about how well Halak is doing, but I want you to know he has a good team in front of him. We have been missing a top notch player on our top line since before 93. We have had nothing but second line players ( at best) making up our top lines for a long time. I'm sure most will agree we have lived with mediocrity for long enough ( barely making the playoffs and living with middle of the pack first rounders ) we need a high draft pick forward for once.   We will be falling for a little while yet; players to keep, Price, PK, Georges, Leblanc. Trade everyone else away to get some kind of younger prospects and maybe some picks. Fire PG look at bringing in Larry Robinson. and I might take some slack but bring Carbo back to coach this team. His record was pretty good in the time he was here.
