I have to look at what theo is doing for the avs this year.. last year he was so pathetic looking as the back up and struggling in that postion... Now he looks sharp looks bigger in net and is making huge saves... WHY Theo said himself BECAUSE THE COACH BELIEVED IN ME AND NEVER GAVE UP DESPITE MY TERRIBLE SEASON.. Perhasp had carbo and gainey and the organization had showed huet any kind of support and confedence he would be our #1 leading us into the playoff.. Instead he was tossed aside expected to do it all inspite of the coach and bg focusing completely on the development of price.. It easy for everyone to sit and say huets never played over 50 games a season he can't be consistent. He was never fully given the chance to do so last yr he would get on a roll and abby would go in and then the back and forth began and then this year he was playing great got a shut-out and then back on the bench cause price needs game time... Despite the fact that price is young and needed to play carbo never played huet on a consistent bases and always seem to pull him right after a stellar game. this is going to come back to bite... Price and halak are good goalies but are you young and lack experience needed.. they are also going to be fighting for number 1 i know most ppl see this as a good thing, but in this case its not going to work.. Price is now n the position of losing the position to halak not to mention that the playoffs are now in his hands and a guy who wants also to lead in the playoffs.. No veteran to help them with their mental game.. there is going to be a break down at some point... interesting how ive heard ppl say that price can relax and be #1 ummm no he has to fight halak for the job.. price played great last night and everyone jump on that one look he is ready, he can do, It was 1 game... no disagree his is good but you cannot judge that based on 1 game where clearly the defense was awesome everyone was awesome last night scoring goals and keeping the momentum on there side...
