I remember watching a game on TSN that took place past the halfway point of this season. The panelists were praising Price's play, seriously considering him as a Vezina candidate . Correct me if i'm wrong, his "woes" happened to coincide with the injury bug that plagued the Habs late in the season. Could somebody please tabulate Price's stats pre-Emlin injury and post-Emlin injury? My own personal opinion is that Price did not play well down the stretch-run of the season, but his team did not play remarkable in front of him. Montreal is a pressure packed city to play hockey, and it's possible that when things aren't going well in Montreal, our franchise goaltender tends to take the lions-share of abuse from fans and media. Thoughts?
