I'm not talking about the deal. I'm talking about how it was done. This year they have let 2 coaches go on game day. Traded a player during a game (a game they could of won and didn't need the added drama). Misjudged what the reaction would be when naming a 'interim' coach. Rumour has it that it's hard enough to recruit free agents as it is (winters, taxes, and media) do we really need to add management to the barriers. Montreal has always been seen as a classy organization. Players would say it was one of the drivers for them to join the team. I'm not sure we can say that this year.

Does anyone else think the Habs vision and professionalism left with Pierre Boivin? They have been uncharacteristically unprofessional and unfocused since the start of the season. He seems like the only big change since last year.
