When Markov re-injured his knee last yr, I knew he would be done. I think we should have only signed him to a 1 yr deal, big mistake to do a multi yr deal! If it doesn't count against the cap though, then I guess no harm, right? In terms of trading him, not sure who would want him with this chronic knee prob. I feel so bad for the guy, he's one of the Russians that plays with heart! Given that Hammer and Wizard are no longer with us, looks like there a spot for whoever impresses at camp, otherwise I guess its Webber's spot to lose, which I am not sure I am happy about. - Comment on Fore!
Habs will be fine. We're deep so if Markov, Georges .... aren't ready to play till later in the yr, no probs, look what we did last yr without them.
