Pretty sure if you asked Senators fans what Jacques Martin hockey is, they'd say the exact opposite.

So I'm guessing Steve Moore had it coming too?

You obviously have no clue what you're talking about.
For Bosh : http://www.cbc.ca/sports/basketball/story/2010/07/09/sp-raptors-bosh.html
They get back 2 first round picks and a trade exception which allows the team to sign players over the salary cap.
For the Jays trade : practically everybody in the city (that follows the Jays) are thrilled with it. They trade Gonzalez, a 33-year old who is aging and overachieving on a contract year for a 27-year old with HUGE upside that is having an off year. Escobar was considered an untouchable at the beginning of the season. The Jays can't compete in their division through free agency so they are trying to load up their young talent pool and this is a great move for them going forward. They have no chance in hell this year, Gonzalez is irrelevant despite his good season.

Maybe, but the 2010-2011 edition have been playing with each other for a year now. Many players on the team haven't reached their peak : Cammalleri, Pouliot, AK46, O'Byrne, Eller, Price, and maybe even Plekanec. If we see any kind of improvement from these players, if Eller has some kind of impact, if the team can avoid an injury-plagued season, we could be in for a very entertaining season.
And, I, for one, think that Subban is going to have a HYOOGE impact on this team next season.
But I'm pretty much the Anti-Timo so I may be completely off too. Nevertheless, I like this team. It may not be a cup contending team, but it's a competitive one and it will get bet even better when we replace Hamrlik's contract with a top 6 forward in 2 years.

I have an IQ of 140 and I think the Halak trade makes sense AND that the Habs are lining up a very competitive team for next season
This is my opinion and you are entitled to agree or disagree with it, and I can see quite a few reasons to be pissed off at the trade. But ever since it happened, you've been spending your time bashing HI/O posters that don't agree with you as if you hold the ultimate truth. Get a life.
There's no need for this bullcrap.

Good point. Ellis would probably be a better fit in Philly or Tampa now that I think about it.
