  We lost this series because our best players weren't our best players. Goals for: 2, 3, 1, 2, 1. For arguments sake, let's just pretend Carey won four games this series. Since he didn't play Game 5, we'll throw that out. In that case, scores are the following: G1: 2-1 Habs G2: 3-2 Habs G3: 1-0 Habs G4: 2-1 Habs In those games, Carey faced 31, 30, 30 and 32 shots. Based on the numbers above: To win this series, Carey would have needed a 1.00 GAA, .967 save percentage.   Had the boot goal not counted, we would have been killing phantom penalties the rest of the night. Different path, same result. I've lost all faith in the NHL. Granted I am biased, but at least I can admit to that.

  Really disappointed to see fans acting like idiots in the moment of silence yesterday. Fair or not, it reflects poorly on the great city and organization. Surprised Boone contrasted to Liverpool supporters though. Remember their Munich song?

  Did we even want to win that one? Moen missed three plays with the puck at his feet, and he does nothing. 2 turn into goals (including the OT) and the 3rd was that God awful icing that he had beat out, then bam, stopped. -Dustin-
