  Habs played well, Spacek did not.  Time to get rid of him...if I were him, I'd retire.  He just can't do it anymore...

  Subban scratched?  Never mind what this is doing to him (which is terrible), Spacek played AWFUL and has been playing like that for some time.  If you don't reward merit, or punish the lack of of it, there will be big problems, Mr. Martin.

  You think the Pens or the Hawks won the Cup by playing guys based on seniority, never mind how they were playing?

  You nailed it...I came on here for just one reason, and that was to mention that Hamrlik has outlived his usefulness to us...especially with what he's making.  For whatever reason, it seems as if Spacek picked up his game in the 2nd half, and Hamrlik has gone straight downhill...

  It could be worse...I'd take Fraser over Chris Lee any day. And McCreary isn't that bad...actually, I think he's pretty fair, and one of the better ones.

  4th line should be Lapierre with Kostopoulos and Laraque... And I hope O'Byrne is back in the lineup in place of Brisebois! I'd rather have a young kid making mistakes than an old veteran...

  Not O'Byrne, but I'll agree with the rest of your list. And if Latendresse is still a Hab after the deal (which he will be, the Wild won't want him), he can be bumped to the 4th line, and Gaborik can play with Koivu and Tanguay, keeping Higgins with Lang and SK74. Wow... Of course, that's getting way ahead of ourselves here...but Gaborik could fit! But can he stay healthy?
