  Baseball, Tennis Golf just from the force of motion, even swimming from awkward wall touches, Gionta's was an injury that occurred in a way of moving or twisting his elbow or shoulder in an awkward way, happened when his arm got twisted in back of him while skating by an opposing player freak accident, You can basically tear your bicep just from falling with your arm outstretched..Torn Bicep tendon is a way more common injury than you guys think...

  I am so high on Dietz, when you see a guy improve his game so much over the past few years, it is such a great sign.. Curtis Leschyshyn and Lorne Molleken have nothing but the absolute highest praise for what Dietz brings every single game, amazing ability with great leadership skills to boot,, and only getting better, Will be fun to watch him play Memorial Cup week for sure.. PS Jonathon Drouin is absolutely ridiculous,, I have had the pleasure of watching him since his Lac St Louis Midget AAA days, from the first game I ever saw him play, he had star written all over him..and a total rink rat eats , breathes and even sleeps hockey...

  DD asked outright was he playing injured,, to his credit he answered honestly, no i was not playing with any injuries,,,, I think he should have lied.at the least to make MB ridiculous contract error slide under the table a tad until next year..

  Look for Darren Dietz to push Nathan Beaulieu hard in training camp, all Darren Dietz does is improve his game, physicality, defensive , offensive and leadership 10 fold every year since he was 15..Dietz will more than likely be sent to Hamilton next year but will be in Montreal sooner than later,,Recent 5th round picks, that make you say man what was MB thinking in wasting a 5th rounder on Drewiske with Timmins ability at finding hidden gems, Gallagher, Dumont,Hudon and Darren Dietz..and also for fun let's throw in another 5th rounder via Grabovski trade (Pateryn(Toronto)..

  MB was the genius who signed DD to a 4 year 14M extension during the year for no apparent rhyme or reason., why he could not wait till the season was over, was he worried we would lose him to another team..
