Mr. Boone, I've always felt that the Olé song is more of an enthusiasm-building song than a victory song. A contrast to explain my opinion: The "Nanana...goodbye" song is a victory song. The Olé song is more of a "If you're happy and you know it..." song. At least to me it is.
