Couldn't agree more....our passing was VERY poor last night. Price saved our ass, as usual. We won't stay in first overall without some improvement.

Not sure about all the praise for the W last night. From what I saw we were mediocre again, with the exception of Price, against a very depleted Bruins team. Our first pass out of the zone was very weak and lead to a ton of neutral zone turnovers. Gilbert,Weaver, and Emelin especially. Very weak against the forecheck as well. We have stuff to work on, despite our position in the standings.

Point well taken. He's not a 1st line center, nor paid like one. He finds himself with guys who SHOULD be 1st line wingers. Since we don't truly HAVE a 1st line center, he gets those minutes. If he was on the 3rd line, playing 10-13 mins/game, the contract doesn't seem so bad.

Moen's attempt at a fight last night was 100% embarrassing. He should be ashamed of himself. Neil is no slouch but COME ONE. At least try and land a punch instead of turtling. That's why you're on the team FFS.

Is it me, or do I see Price all over the place now. He used to be so contained, keeping himself in proper position without flopping all over the crease. I never used to see that.

Exactly!! Beaulieu and his Dad would take care of business in short order!!! Just need an open bar beforehand. Come to think of it, that would help a lot of our guys tomorrow.

I watched this kid play in that gold medal game on Sunday and was very impressed. Got great size and touch around the net. Wouldn't be surprised to see him on the wing in the NHL. I also agree that he won't last in the first round much past the 10-12 spot. Guys like that are not a dime a dozen.

Agree totally, but I also support the decision to start him at wing, learn the game without centerman responsabilities, like faceoffs. This is a good opportunity for him. He's been fairly invisible for several weeks.

I know its only 2 games but I've watched him closely over both games. I thought his foot speed was slow and he's not as physical as he should be given his size.......compared to Cube. His first pass out of the zone was ok, but by and large, he just wants to clear the zone. Maybe he'll improve with more time but from I've seen so far, I thought Pateryn was the closest guy to fit the need as a #6 Dman, paired with Boullion.

Too funny Luke!! I plan my game meals and beverages as well.......cause I have such an exciting life apparently. Tonight it'll be roast pork and rum for the game. Going Lafleur tee-shirt for the attire. Bigger games call for the full jersey, and my two girls (daughters!) get decked out as well. For your alternatives, I'd do both!!. Enjoy.
