  Look.I have been watching Price since he came up.He was always Gaineys favorite son.I feel that he has NEVER ever EARNED his #1 ranking.Google all the goalie stats over the last 5 years.He is a slightly BELOW average goalie.What disturbs me the most is that he is at the bottom in 1 goal games...i.e. he does NOT win the close games.There are an infinite number of people who have excuses for Carey and this has been going on 5 years!!! I just dont get it.Budaj is NOTICEBLY quicker,so was Halak....anyways thats my 2 cents.

  Deuce 6-YOU ARE RIGHT!!-Price has NEVER ever stolen a game for us that I can remember.Halak stole NUMEROUS games including 2 playoff series.Price has had a horseshoe over is head forever.A caller on the radio said it best.Price has given up 5 goals,6 goals,and 7 goals in the last few games.(In his career he has only won 1 playoff series!!!) He is statistically been an average goalie over his entire career.He is noticebly SLOW laterally and teams are now exploiting this.He has no glove hand.I can only hope that Bergevin really meant what he said that he is ALWAYS trying to make the team better.TRADE PRICE for a real power centre and in one fell swoop we will have 2 good lines. Conner Mekenna on TSN 990 is tired of all the Carey Price haters.Well why has Price always been "hated"????? My opinion is that nobody hates Price.They hate his play.That is certainly my position.Put in nets the goalie who is playing the best.PERIOD.It is only FAIR and CORRECT!Do whats best for the team! (I will never understand the horseshoe that Price lives under).

  Look at bobby orrs point total the first 2 years in boston.look at pks.similar.pk will become a super dominant defensemen-mark my words-as early as this year.It will be a re-enactement of the Patrick Roy beyond stupid trade again if the management??? trade him.

  Just remember this;PK was the best young defenseman not in Montreal but in the NHL.His upside is huge.Most likeley a point a game in the future.He is the first rushing defenseman we have had since Robinson!To trade him would be a mammoth mistake that would again insure the habs many more years of missing the playoffs and being a joke. I am not inpressed so far.2 wins 1 loss mean nothing.Talk to me at 20 games.I will say that Carey Price does look quicker and better so far than at any time in the past.But 3 games means very little. To be honest I have no faith in Canadiens management.20 years of horrible management cant be erased in 1 week!
