Fortunately the lockout will not impact AHL or Junior hockey so I plan on taking my son to see more Hamilton Bulldog games as well as junior hockey in Mississauga and Brampton. Mark

I have that same picture of the Punch line however a family friend got Elmer Lach to autograph it for me. Blake was a great player and perhaps an even better coach. Great to see him honoured in HIO! Mark

Demon mentioned it below...every year THN, TSN, etc.. pick the habs to finish out of the playoffs and I agree doing so in part to sell magazines and get viewers as we have as many fans who cheer against us as for us. The reality is they are paid to offer an opinion and more often than not they are 60% accurate if that, an average any of us could sustain year in year out. How many of the "experts" picked LA to with the cup this year? The NHL, like all professional sports have teams that exceed expectations, teams that track as planned and some that fall below expectations and if it was easy to predict they would have made their millions by now and not spending their days writing for THN.
