Thank god - this should be the end of all Tukka Rask lovin'. I know he played well to get to game 6 of the finals but the way the media was blowing him was surreal. He looked like crap on all 3 goals tonight. Looked a little like Reimer in game 7 against Boston. I guess Corey Crawford has stepped up and taken away Price's right to be no 1 goalie in Russia - hopefully this motivates Price to be better.

It is depressing - I could not believe it. Obviously #17 liking Norv and Norv helping his game helped Norv stick around. Agree last year was too long and we should have cut our losses. Don't get me started re AJ. Ugh. I was in San Diego for that debacle with Denver. I swore I would never watch again but like that game, and the Manti draft pick, this too shall pass and I will get Sunday ticket once more. Perhaps, just perhaps, this Manti move could be similar to the MT hiring. I remember being so excited about M.B. and then one of first moves is bringing back MT?! That ruined my summer. Turned out not to be a bad move after all. Maybe TT and MM know something we don't.

Agree getting rid of Moen is not the answer. The good news is now you can watch the side show that is Manti Te’o. Either the steal of the draft or a complete waste of time and worse, a big distraction for the team. Let's hope we can protect Rivers this year and he can turn it around and join his QB draft mates and get that ring.

I agree PK goes back to bad habits when times are tough. But I wouldn't trade him for anyone in the league. Except for last night's performance he has shown a lot of maturity and most importantly, is getting better. At the end of the day it was 1 game and whether is 6-1 or a horrible overtime loss (I would argue the former is a lot easier to get over), we win the next one and we are back on track. Everyone knew that Ottawa is a good team and it was never going to be easy. I predict we win a close one in game 4.

Granted the habs proudest moments were not yesterday. There was this sense we were not in control of our emotions and this does not make me feel confident as a habs fan. But after reading posts on nhl.com and some here, hab fans really need to get it together. MT comments were maybe emotional but accurate. Paul McLean's comments were asinine. To say he won the war of the press conference is BS. Other items: PK hit Turris when he was down but he was also victim to cheap shots all night long. JG slap shot the puck - good! Don't call a freaking timeout with 17 seconds left. Chris Neil acting like he won the WWF belt was beyond obnoxious. I think this game proves it will be a long series filled with much emotion. We have to continue to hit Karlsson and slow him down, crash the net and hope Carey regains his form. We shall prevail in 7!

http://www.tsn.ca Check out video on right hand side - i think the comments were innocuous - however you'll notice the "Jealousy" headline above the video clip and you just never need to give any ammo to the other team. Hockey players learn to make an art form of saying nothing at all - he missed that lesson.

I watch every habs game - he is soft and dirty. So the least he could is to keep his big yap shut. Again, I love watching him go on this run right now and he is very good hockey player - the other stuff drives me nuts. When does how one recovers from a medical procedure reflect on a player's toughness? Oh brother.

I believe he should have gotten 1 game for the hit on McDonagh and his hit on Letang last year, etc. He flops around too much for my liking when contact is initiated - my opinion.

It doesn't matter - what we do know is there is no way it helps.

Could Max P. just shut up once in a while? I love him as a hockey player but he talks too much, is soft and dirty. I hope Michel talks to him about this. Claude J is a twit but the players should have left it to Michel who handled Claude's comments brilliantly. Then the rest of the team should take the high road. Nope, Max P goes and says Claude made those comments out of jealousy? Oy ve. How do comments like that help your team? It would have been so much better to be smug and not respond. Arghh.
