Jaysus! I had to stop after about 45 seconds. I was so embarrassed for him that I couldn't watch anymore.

Great final score last night but as most have noted, the first 30 minutes was mostly uncomfortable to watch. That being said, I was thinking about how many people were advocating that Carey Price sit this one out. Just can't see us winning that game without 31 in net. While he wasn't called upon to make a great number of high quality saves, he was rock solid and gave up zero bad goals and greasy rebounds. While the slow starts are of concern, I really like how this team survives the period of time when the opposition is coming in waves. I especially like how this team plays late in games. I'd like to see full 60 minute games but I'll take a strong finish over a strong start.

Kovalev didn't bust a nut on defence very often but he was loved by the fans. Just saying.

Great win last night. Duclaire is a nice skater but other than the goal he scored last night, I was mostly underwhelmed with his play. Flashy but only so so finish. Domi and McDavid are kids who have the hands. Nurse is a beast! Attended the USA game last week and it was one of the best games I'd ever seen in person. Great atmosphere at the Bell.

I got great seats in the reds at face value for the USA game just over a week ago. I was expecting that the big games would certainly be sold out months ago but they are not. Any speculation as to why?

Haven't posted in over a year but still read daily. This story has inspired me to jump in and say hi to all HIO family. What a great story and message. While hockey, and particularly the Habs bring us together to cheer, speculate, and sometimes complain, a little boy's wish coming true via the acts of some very fine people is food for the soul. Merry Christmas HabFan, Ian, Biopro and all Habs fans. Hope to get to a summit some year to meet you in person. Your's truly, Gary

A few thoughts from N.B. Habs fan. 1. Prust's hit was late and I wouldn't be suprised if he gets a game or two suspension. Carbomb's elbow to the linesman's chin should get him a minimum of 10 games. 2. Give Briere more ice time please. I don't have the stats at my side but I bet he has the most points per minutes played for the Habs in the playoffs. 3. How long does MT keep Vanek in the lineup in hopes that he decides to give a crap enough to try. The guy could be a beast but seems uninterested. 4. Can't remember seeing a nice goal by our guys this entire series. Would be sweet to see some crisp passes ending up in a goal. What we've gotten so far are 6 goals that have been mostly lucky. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather win ugly and lose pretty. 5. Tokarsky played great but should we get past the Rangers, does Price have a chance to be healthy enough to play? I hope so. 6. Friends, we are down to the final four and still alive and kicking. I'm damn proud of this team and am wearing the colors with pride. Go Habs Go

So proud of the team's effort last night and for that matter, during all the playoffs. So excited to have gotten a couple of tickets and planning to drive from N.B. tomorrow night. This is the first time I've done this since 2010 when I came to game four vs. the Flyers. Hope for a better result this time.

Just saw Lucic acting like a fool while being interviewed after the game. What a douche. Defeat looks good on him.
