  Everyone has a theory but the fact remains we went from last place last year to 2nd place this year and the playoffs which hardly anyone expected. Now all the fans expect we will win every series and rail against us when we don't. M/B said it was a plan and would not stray from it even at trade deadline no matter what and he didn't. Relax folks we have come a long ways and he is watching what is happening on the ice and will do what is necessary in the coming years to fix the issues. If we play someone else's style of hockey the results are like we saw last night and we should expect nothing more. For the fans that want us to goon up well cheer for the Leafs or someone else as that is not our style of hockey. For all others the ship is not sinking so do not panic but do not expect instant results. Be calm and stay the ship and all will be good in due time. Hopefully sooner but only time will tell.   I posted this earlier but not sure how many have seen it so here goes. My lineup changes are as follows Ryder - Pleks - Gionta (this has worked) Gally - Eller - Chucky Bourque - DD - Patches Prust - Halpern - Dumont If you want you could change Ryder for Patches but I like Bourque to be like Cole was and crashing the net and causing traffic problems.   I agree to an extent about changing up things but my lines would be as follows Ryder - Pleks - Gionta (worked before) Gally - Eller - Chucky Bourque - DD - Patches Prust - Halpern - Dumont Or you could swap Patches and Ryder if needed but I think Bourque could do for them what Cole did with his size and crease crashing style of play. Also put them as 3rd line and make them earn their minutes back instead of hoping they get started again. To change is to survive. Go Habs Go!!! GO HABS GO!!!   I hope not because Dumont can score and after what we did to palushaj I hope we don't do that to Dumont as well. He is at worst a 3rd line player and at best a 2nd line player. We keep taking scorers from Hamilton and trying to make them 4th line players. Thats what Blunden is for and many others we have in our system. GO HABS GO!!!   have made this comment before but here goes again for those who fail to listen. Dance with the one that you brought and enjoy the ride folks. Last few years we would have given a left you know what to be where we are now. These guys got us here so lets ride them out. The 1986 team had a ton of rookies and if I am not mistaken no trades were made by us at all that year.   They were depth players so we should look to do no more than that. The 1986 team if I am not mistaken had a ton of rookies and did not make any trades at all and they won it all. Dance withe ones who got you here and be happy. We are far better than anyone dreamed this season so cut the trade talk and enjoy the ride. Why are so many on this blog "DEBBIE DOWNERS"? GO HABS GO!
