  Plecs is going nowhere. Best centre on the team. He can score as good or better than DD and hes is our best defensive forward and best face off man. Is one of our best on the pk while being a real scoring threat short handed. Plus the guy brings it more often than most players on the roster. He's not getting traded unless it's part of a package for a big name which I doubt will happen.

  Over the last couple of weeks I've heard a lot of talk that Bobby Ryan may be available. I've also heard people say that a potential package from the Habs would be Paxcioretty plus prospects/draft picks. I personally think that would not be smart. Are there any people on this site who think trading Max as part of a package for Ryan could be a good move?

  Great news. Pricey is one of the best keepers in the game and he should only get better. I like the direction MB is taking. Signing some players to add depth and experience without mortgaging the future. There will also be room for some of the younger guys if and when they're ready.
