  Sure, concentrate on the playoffs, I understand. So you're not surprised he didn't reach out to Eller? What kind of person wouldn't reach out, with the hit being a "clean" and all?

  So, you think that since he "publicly sympathised" about Eller, that's the same as him reaching out directly to Eller? In the past, I've heard, or read, that after even a clean hit, a player would reach out to the injured player.....not in todays NHL....

  I think it's pretty classless of Gryba to not reach out to Eller. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, I think the guys a tool. Eller is the man, he looked alot better than I expected. Good for him to take the high road. I'm assuming our team took Gryba's number down, and payback will come next season, since we really couldn't have gone after him with the refs expecting it. I'm sure the refs' supervisors told them before the game(game 2) to watch the Habs closely, since of course we would be going after retribution, and not to trying to win the game. We never had a chance with the refs calls from that point. I too, agree with the majority of posters here that something has to be done with the shoddy refereeing.

  I have a feeling we're going to get a game where the refs actually call the Sens for all their crap they've been doing. I was wondering, the League issued an apology for the faceoff on the wrong side last game. Who did they apologize to? The Habs? Or just issued a press release? And, is it public? Please, anyone? Boone?
