Honestly, DD isn' the only Hab that should be placed on the back burner for me. Guys like Moen, Bourque serve no purpose what so ever and have little to no impact on a given night. The lack of heart and deflation they bring to this team is like a cancer spreading throughout the room. Here's what I'd like to see :) Gallagher - Galchenyuk - Pacioretty Bournival - Plekanec - Gionta Briere - Eller - Prust Parros - White - Bag of hockey sticks in the corner of the ice Markov - Emelin Gorges - Subban Bouillion - Diaz

Lol. Beaulieu as a forward. I'd love to see PK play forward. Haha. jared zuckerman

I would like to see Akim Aliu get a shot with the big club during the next call down to the Dogs. Something tells me this kid has something special. It didn't work in Calgary... But I like that he's a big kid with heart. Something we could use...

Lets all take a deep breath. Yakupov is 19 years old. He can sit a game or two without people scrutinizing this move as if its the end of the world. PK did it, and so did Eller. We all know their main problem is a lack of a dynamic spread up front. Hall, Eberle, RNH, Yakupov... All mid-size forwards with a handful of skill. Doesn't seem to be working harmoniously. Craig Mctavish has to rid himself of the latter in Yakupov to give his team a different vibe. No to mention the vacancy in the back-end and in the goal. That's where we come in. I'd love to see the two former Sarnia Sting forwards to re-unite in MTL. This city would jump off the walls! Who would you give up for Yakupov? I'd would gladly give Edmonton Nathan Beaulieu, DD and a 2nd. Thoughts? jared zuckerman

I totally agree with you. It's unbelievable how over the years, Pleks continues to put up consistent numbers (minus playoffs.) Yet, continues to get shunned by coaching and management when its come to his linemates. Show this guy some freakin' respect! He has been our most complete centre. Finally! They've given him some wings that play with the same amount of heart and determination that Pleks has had during his career as a Hab. Thank you! jared zuckerman

I think its time Patch and DD are separated. Gally has been the glue thats kept that line together and I think its time he's reunited with his boy Galchenyuk. Patch needs to regain his confidence and find his game again. My ideal (at home on the couch) lineup would be. GALCHENYUK - DESHARNAIS - GALLAGHER BOURQUE - PLEKANEC - RYDER PACIORETTY - ELLER - GIONTA WHITE/ARMSTRONG - HALPERN - PRUST SUBBAN - GORGES MARKOV - DIAZ BOUILLION - TINORDI PRICE Obviously there is a lot of risk bringing in Tinordi to the lineup but we could desperately use the size down low. Beaulieu will be a staple for the habs in the future but he is not currently NHL ready.

Tonight was an embarrassment to be a HABS fan. To allow another to team to come into our building and dictate us around like they did. Words cannot describe the sheer humiliation it shows. Can someone please explain to me why Travis Moen is occupying a roster spot on this team? This player does absolutely NOTHING. Its a disgrace when guys like Gallagher and Galchenyuk, the young heart and soul of this team are fighting their own battles and he's got no response. Sure Prust and occasionally Bouillion step in to settle things. But if Moen is not going to throw his body around and drop the gloves from time to time he's wasting water on the bench! I'm insulted.

I believe the line ups should consist of exactly this for the upcoming season. Our team has pretty much 3 "2nd" lines. Let me know what you guys think. Cammalleri - Plekanec - Kostitsyn Cole - Gomez - Gionta Pacioretty - Desharnais - Eller Darche - White - Moen Markov - Yemelin Gill - Subban Gorges - Spacek
