  Man, it seems like its been so long since we have seem Markov play. I wasnt so sure about his new contract. But, this morning I watched some of his highlights on youtube and I am stoked and cant wait for him to get back on the ice and healthy. I almost feel bad for losing my memory of how great he can be.

  I have finally come to terms with the fact Gomez is not going anywhere. So down here in Florida I will train myself to embrace his presence on the team and not yell "you suck, Gomez!" at my tv every time he touches the puck. On another note, I wouldn't mind seeing Nik Zherdev sign a 1 year deal with the habs for less than 2 million.

  Sean Bergenheim is going to be available on July 1st. I hope PG takes a look at him. I live near Tampa and I see him play on a regular basis. He has incredible energy, something the habs seem to be lacking more often than I would like. Plus, he proved he can score during the Lightning's conference finals run. He should come pretty cheap though considering he has never put up incredible numbers during the regular season, but he definitely has that potential to burn it up like in the playoffs.

  I hope PG intends to resign Wiz. Only Plek(.74) and Cammy(.70) averaged more PPG that Wiz(.68) did.
