It's time to put the EGG line back together and move Bourque with Patch and DD. Two years ago the Patch, DD, Erik Cole line led the Habs with 84 goals. Bourque is just as fast as Cole and has had a scoring touch in the past. __________ Hockey is a game played with a clock, the more time you play in the offensive side of center ice the less pressure you put on the defense. The problem with the Habs of late is they are not hitting. Hitting is a big part of hockey, it creates your chances and helps to draw penalties. Only 6 hits in the first period and none from the forth line. Against NJ they had only 2 hits in the second and 3 in the third. HIT HIT HIT !!!!! __________ Hockey is a game played with a clock, the more time you play in the offensive side of center ice the less pressure you put on the defense. I hope White stays away from Ott tonight. Ott is a clown and a distraction for the Sabres. I'm sure his act is old even with the Sabres. __________ Hockey is a game played with a clock, the more time you play in the offensive side of center ice the less pressure you put on the defense. I know this is an old debate but having PK and Markov on the powerplay at the same time is like having Tom Brady and Brett Farve running your two minute drill. They are both great players but their styles don't complement each other. When they are out there together who is the quarterback? Diaz worked well with Markov. Who would work well with PKs style of play? __________ Hockey is a game played with a clock, the more time you play in the offensive side of center ice the less pressure you put on the defense. In three games Price has allowed only one even strength goal and three power play goals. Habs need to eliminate the dumb penalties and help their goalie. If PK had a passion for playing in Montreal he would have signed by now. __________ Hockey is a game played with a clock, the more time you play in the offensive side of center ice the less pressure you put on the defense. Moen, Prust or Armstrong. You still will have a good 4th line. _______
