The Einstein cliche is the only appropriate words here - the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and thinking you will get a different result. JM and PM are not creative or talented enough to do the right thing for this team. The owner must stand up and take charge and get rid of the mediocre and start giving the franchise a chance to achieve what it needs - a CUP! JM does not know what it takes. When the Canadiens let Boucher go to Tampa they were saying we do not care, we are making money as a franchise.
