I agree it is the coach's job to get his team ready for the game. They've been playing the "we weren't prepared" card too much, in my opinion, it's a lame excuse, professional athletes practice to prepare for games, and the coach is the one who tells them how to prepare and is supposed to motivate them to win. Regarding Carbo, he was "outcoached" in some games last year and was definitely outoached in the playoffs by Boston and Philly's coach's, but I don't think it has ever been said that Carbo outcoached the opponent in the 2 years he's been here. I think that says a lot about him.
