Under the old CBA yes, But they changed it this year so that whoever doesn't make the playoffs has an equal chance as the last place team

I saw a lot of comments on this game being a measuring stick against a good team, Basically saying if the Habs beat Philly they're a good team, Now that they won, Philly is a not a very good team. Same thing with losses, They should have beaten the team that beat them, They're lousy...
