I said it at the deadline, we need a stronger D corps - they got Drewiske - good as a 7th D but as a team that had (surprising) potential to go deep in the playoffs we needed better, even if it meant trading a prospect and pick. Now we are being shown as a team lacking the depth it sorely needs to compete. Next year our rookies will be more experienced, our prospects ready to take more responsibility. But our veterans will also be one year older, and there is no guarantee our team will be any closer to a 25th cup.
