  any team that is outscored 17-2 in one building and then squeaks by with a 4-2 edge in the other does not deserve the cup. sorry to say but vancouver's dismal effort in this cup final is pathetic and i kind of hope they do not win. despite the depressing alternative of seeing chara hoist the cup, i am no longer rooting for canucks. they kind of suck.

  cherry just said "we are even now" since we scored after being denied that first goal. What kind of logic is that exactly? IT SHOULD BE 2-0 YA DUMB PIECE OF SH-T. We are not even until boston is denied a goal or we are given one by yet another chris lee mistake. I don't know why this idiot is still on the air. and taxpayers are paying his salary to boot. Honestly i would vote for the first party leader who vows to cut cherry out of HNIC altogether. Layton, i am looking in your direction... Habs in 7 please!!!!!!!!!!!!

  In all honesty, i haven't been nearly as into this season since maxpac's tragic injury last month. I will try and watch the games, but in light of the fact that we are sucking, coupled with how brutally biased the league seems to be, and their blatant lack of consideration for player's safety, i simply don't care as much as i used to. I suspect the canadiens' players may be feeling the same way, having witnessed their teammate nearly killed by a monster, i would imagine it doesn't do much to boost their motivation to play hard every night. I wish i liked other sports, if i did i would watch something else instead. does montreal have a celebrated curling team i can root for?
