  Can folks who are having trouble logging in post any errors they're seeing, or describe what happens when logging in doesn't work?

  Try logging out and logging back in. We installed some new software, and in some cases you may have to clear your cache or re-log in.

  Basically: More comments per page = heavier server load. So while in the transitional period, reducing the number per page was helpful.

  I.e., leave each other alone. It's boring and annoying for everyone else.
