Fans pack Bell Sports Complex to watch final scrimmage at development camp

Fans turned out in droves–in early July, no less–to watch the final scrimmage at the Canadiens annual development camp on Friday morning.
There was no room left in the packed parking lot at the Bell Sports Complex where fans were allowed into the stands to watch the scrimmage.

The Canadiens’ annual development camp is in Day 3 of five on Wednesday, with a slight change in plans: The scheduled morning on-ice workouts were scrubbed in favour of an off-ice session, with the 50 or so players returning to their hotel before returning for a 4 p.m. scrimmage.
