Canadiens defenceman Brent Sopel, acquired by trade Thursday from the Atlanta Thrashers, has fun during his first scrum with the Montreal media. The dozen or so media members made up a group of 10 or 11 more than he was used to seeing in Atlanta.
Off camera, Sopel said it’s nice to be back in Canada “where you can get Smarties.” Fans – and the media – are going to like this guy, a lot.

Posted a couple days ago that we needed to win the next 3 games vs. lower teams and it is the coach’s job to make sure the players don’t take anyone lightly. Well 1 down (bad) 2 to go. If we din’t win both games espically if the team is flat then JM’s time has come. I have defended him for 11/2 years but 2 more losses to teams with worse records the axe should fall.

Probably no substance to rumors as usual, but I would like to move Kristo in any trade of substance that we do. He might be a great player someday who knows, but he’s already looking like trouble.
Dumont is only under contract for one more year at 4 mil cap hit, but I would like to think those two would fetch more, maybe a draft pick in addition to what you stated.

I get ads to enroll in TESOL courses and to shop at Piperlime, a Gap, INC. subisidiary, both of which are related to sites I visit. I don’t think frequency matters as much as how much cookies are actually being stored by certain websites. Porn probably ‘inserts’ alot….

I get “Ontario: Yours to Discover, Winter family fun” ads. Not as fun as porn, I imagine.

haha, I hate to break it to you, but the ads have nothing to do with your physical location. They are based on analytics compiled by where your computer goes most often online. So if you’re seeing lots of porn ads, it’s because that computer, or IP address, spends lots of time surfing porn. If that’s someone else’s computer you are using, you might want to wash your hands!!!
All’s I get here in Ontario is a Global TV ad or a Windsor Mazda ad, stuff like that.

How does that analytic work? Since a couple of weeks ago I had “normal ads” and I haven´t changed anything. 95%+ of the time I use it for work, reading news and surfing sports sites. Not that I never…
