NHL all-star balloting begins Nov. 12 and runs through Jan. 2, and this time, for the first time in any major sport, fans will be able to follow progress of the vote in real time.
We haven’t yet seen the ballot for the game to be played Jan. 25 at the Bell Centre, but expect Canadiens defenceman Andrei Markov to be included, having been a starter last year.
Other Habs surely will be on the ballot, and fans can "write in" anyone for whom they choose they to vote.

Last year Atlanta, as host, seemed to have a disproportionate number of their players on the ballot, so hopefully the same will happen this year for the Habs.
We should just try and make every hab on the eastern team..that way itll truly be the 100th anniversary….

My opinion.I would like to see the all star game the way it was played in the past.The Stanley cup champions against an all star team who would be picked by the fans.The way it is played now,going threw pile ons racing up the ice ect.Then they play a fun game? This new all star game was picked up from the NBA.I wonder who made that decision? who else Mr,Bettmen.I will vote for #27,#11,# 31,#8 Maybe all of them because they are all stars in my eyes.Because I love my Habs.They are the best.

He doesn’t look like an all star. I love having Tanguay on our team, but his play is basic hard work, and smart play. Everyone else mentioned does something extra.

Come on Boys, I expect EVERYONE to vote NUMEROUS TIMES and get KOIVU in as a write on. KOVY PRICE AND MARKOV will be on the ballot. We need your help to get KOIVU on. He deserves and and seeing as it is in Montreal we have a good chance to get him in. I will be voting 4 times a day and hope you guys will too.

Definitely voting for Price and Markov but Sadly I don’t vote for people just because they’re habs so Kovy is gonna have to pick it up.

Ok Gorges is a good player, but an all-star? I mean I’d vote for him because I love the way he plays, but no way you can tell me he’s one of the top 6 defencemen in the Eastern Conference…
