Erik Cole took a therapy day. Defencemen Chris Campoli and Jaroslav Spacek have been cleared for contact. Neither will play Thursday at home vs. Vancouver, but Spacek is a possibility for Saturday’s matinée in New Jersey vs. the Devils.

Haven’t been on the site for awhile. Is JM fired yet? I want to start enjoying hockey again. It’s bad enough that this is a garbage league run by garbage people, I want to at least enjoy my habs but it’s hard too when you have pathetic people running the league and the most boring hockey coach ever.

I doubt his career is in jeopardy, from what I heard it’s a “lower body” injury.
Concerning the article on TFP.com regarding a possible MTL shake-up…why is this article written a few days after Molson publicly said he believes the team has the tools to win and gave a vote of confidence? It’s such a tease. We all know nothing will happen and we’re going to keep watching this boring .500 defensive trap style.
Do you find that before coaches or GM’s are fired the owner of the team says, “Hey, stay tuned, I’m going to fire someone next week!”?
Doesn’t usually play out that way. It usually comes within a week of said “vote of confidence.”

Such is my point. I did not see the comments, but “We have the pieces… confidence, etc…” may easily refer to the talent this team has but is restricted from reaching it by someone…
