With their season on the line, and playing in the enemy building full of rabid, mostly obnoxious fans, the Pittsburgh Penguins showed a ton of character Wednesday night with a 10-3 win over the Philadelphia Flyers. The win sends the series back to Pittsburgh for Game 5 on Friday, with the Flyers still one win from eliminating the Pens.

In Los Angeles, they too facing elimination, the Vancouver Canucks beat the Kings 3-1 to force Game 5 back in Vancouver.
And in Ottawa, Kyle Turris scored 2:42 into overtime to give the game Ottawa Senators a 3-2 victory over the New York Rangers, knotting their Eastern quarterfinal at 2-2.
Daily suspension roundup: Serial offender Raffi Torres of the Phoenix Coyotes was banned indefinitely for his cheap shot of Chicago’s Marian Hossa Tuesday, Torres’s hearing with NHL disciplinarian Brendan Shanahan scheduled for Friday.
